Now that they're standing, Halsin is even bigger, towering over Viktor. He looks up, and up- the man is still kindly encouraging him, and despite the strangeness of the situation, he still trusts that Halsin has his back. With this in mind, he steps through the portal.

His ears pop with the change in pressure, and the smell of seaweed is the first thing he notices- other than the towering, cracked spires. His mouth drops open in awe as he looks beyond the buildings, realizing the blue behind them is not sky but water.

"We're truly underwater...?" He murmurs in shock. "Incredible..."
